This home is nestled in a cul-de-sac, and parking is only available on the perimeter streets. Please be mindful of that and that traffic may get heavy in the neighborhood.

The driveway is steep and there are several steps to the front door, so if you have physical limitations, it may be hard entering and exiting the property, so please plan accordingly.

This house has some beautiful items so please handle them with care while shopping. We will have baskets available for your convenience and a hold table to set things aside as you shop. If you need help hauling out your purchases, please plan for your own help as we won’t be able to do much past the front door due to the house being elevated away from the street.

There is a filled pool on the property, so please navigate the backyard carefully. We ask that you not bring young children to this sale for their safety, as the pool is not covered or barricaded from shopping traffic. We reserve the right to ask you to remove children from the property as we don’t want to put their safety at risk. Please also be mindful of others and watch your steps as you navigate the property.

This house has some great items! Please enjoy scrolling the plethora of photos before the sale. Please no pricing questions. We will not put a hold or reserve on items before the sale. Please come in person to make your purchase during the posted times.
